Life is too short to live in the gym! Luckily, the research clearly shows rest days are essential for progress.

After we signal our bodies to grow stronger, taking 2-3 days of rest between workouts is essential.

This means exercise doesn't have to consume your schedule, so you can enjoy your life outside the gym.

Dr. Bryce Lee, DPT, to bring safe, efficient, intense exercise to Hampton Roads.
